Medan is the capital of North Sumatra and the third largest city of Indonesia with a population of around 2,5 million. The province of North Sumatra is home to many of Sumatra's most popular attractions, including the jewel of the crown, Lake Toba. Other attractions are the Orangutan Rehabilitation Center of Bahorok, the Karo and Batak highlands around Brastagi and Parapat, and Nias islands off the west coast.

Day-1: Pick-up service from Polonia Airport to your chosen hotel down town. The rest of the day is yours to take care of any business you might be in to, or simply take a very good rest - especially for those who just had a long haul flying - to get yourselves fully refreshed before your next day's destination. 

Day-2: Transfer back to airport or elsewhere (with similar distance) is available before mid-day.   

This is one of Medan's "must-to-go" tour which begins with a visit to the Maimun Palace where the Royal family of Sultan Deli are still live. A large part of the Palace is used as museum and holds an extensive collection of monarch gifts and sacred heirlooms of the Royal family. Visit also the black-domed Mesjid Raya or The great Mosque which was commisioned by the Sultan in 1906 that will tell you more about Melayu Deli culture. Then continue your tour to Deli Plaza or interesting places nearby for souveniers or knick-knak of medan. After lunch at a local restaurant, return to your hotel and the tour ends here.

Day-1: Pick-up service from Polonia Airport then continue with brief city sightseeing of medan. After lunch at a local restaurant proceed to Parapat via Tebing Tinggi and Pematang Siantar. Late in the afternoon check-in hotel.
Day-2: Take a boat for a full-day tour to Samosir island where the colorful and astonishing Batak's culture remains to be explored. Visit main village of Ambarita, Simanindo and Tomok. After lunch return to Parapat for your free time at leisure.  Day-3: Morning drive to Brastagi, a pleasant mountain resort that represents Batak Karo's ancient culture. Stay here one night at your free time at leisure. 
Day-4: Transfer to Polonia airport - or elsewhere for your onward destination.
