Tariff and Validity
Fares & Tariff in enes travellinks' home page are exclusively stand alone, apart from any tariff you may have discovered from other web sites which - one way or another - are linked here. All fares & tariff are applicable as of 5 January 2008 until 25 December 2008.

Quotation
Fares and tariff in enes travellinks' home page are basically quoted in Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) net-per-person including value added tax (VAT) and subject to change with or without prior notice. The US Dolars fare that stated for each tour package was made according to currency conversion at a certain date. However, the actual fare that applied is the one that stated - in Indonesia Rupiah - on each tour package's detail.

Reservation and Inquiry
Unless otherwise agreed, all reservations or inquiries (including special attention or special arrangements required for your VIP; travel agents; special guests etc) should be made in written and sent by fax or by All guests who arrive or join a tour without any reservation will be considered as walking guests and therefore subject to our “upon arrival bookings” policy. In order to have your reservation made correctly, please also advise us details of additional services you may wish to have - if any.

Reply and Confirmation
All replies and confirmation will be sent to your preferred address in the shortest possible time by fax, e-mail, or telephone.

Hotel and Accommodation
Breakfast for two are normally included in the room rates. Except at certain hotels where our rooms allotment are being well-preserved, other room bookings will always be provided on "run-off-the-house" basis. Triple beds consists of twin bed - or double bed room, plus a roll way or a folding bed.

Transportation
All transport fares are based on air-conditioned vehicles whenever available and will be prepared in size according to number of participants being reserved.

Transfers
All transfer fares are include the vehicle and all mandatory fees. Meals are not included unless clearly indicated. To minimize waste of time, It is recommended to request a reserved breakfast, lunch, or dinner on a long haul driving.

Guides
All transfers and tours are include the service of an English speaking tour guide. Other language’s tour guides are available upon request and subject to confirmation.

Tours and Excursions
All comprises of tours and excursions are reserved in accordance with details of itinerary being taken. In certain remote areas, standard of services may be inappropriate but we try to get for you all the best available.

Alternations of Itinerary
Only services specified in the detailed itinerary that will be provided. Any changes, alterations or amendments of itineraries can only be considered after at least 48 hours prior notice and yet, subject to reconfirmation.

Children and Infants
Except for air tickets which are depend on each airlines’ regulations - 50% reduction from adult’s tariff is applicable for children under 12 years old who are traveling together with their parents without requesting any extra bed. There is no charge for infants.

Free of charge
1 person free of charge is granted for every 25 full-paying-passengers within a single group reservation. No free is applicable for individuals or a group consists of less than 25 full-paying-passengers.

Terms of payment
Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit of 50% from total charges is required upon confirmation of the initial reservation. The balance is due the latest 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival. Failure to comply this may result cancellation of all services without prior notice.
